Hello, dear friends!
Today, I want to share a beautiful verse that has been a beacon of hope for me lately: Psalm 46:5 - "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at the break of day."
As moms, we wear many hats, don’t we? We’re caregivers, housekeepers, wives, business owners, spiritual seekers, and sometimes even referees! The list is endless. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, like we’re on the brink of falling apart. I’ve been there more times than I can count, especially with the weight of all my responsibilities.
But then, I come back to this promise from God, and it’s like a breath of fresh air. "God is within her, she will not fall." What a powerful reminder that no matter how heavy our load feels, we are never alone. God dwells within us, giving us strength and stability. He is our steadfast support, especially when we feel like we’re about to collapse under the pressure.
When I’m juggling taking care of the kids, managing the household, supporting my husband, building two businesses, and nurturing my spiritual journey, it’s easy to feel like I’m not doing enough. But Psalm 46:5 brings me peace and reassurance. Knowing that God is with me, that He will help me at the break of day, renews my spirit. It encourages me to face each day with intention, hope, and joy.
Each morning, I make a conscious choice to welcome the day with a heart full of gratitude. I remind myself of God's promises and His presence within me. This doesn’t mean everything becomes magically easy, but it does mean that I can approach my challenges with a renewed sense of purpose and calm.
I encourage you, lovely readers, to take this verse to heart. In those moments when you feel like you’re falling, remember that God is within you. He is your strength and your shield. Lean into His promises and let them guide you through the chaos.
Let’s make it a habit to start our days with prayer, asking for God’s guidance and strength. Let’s choose to embrace each day with joy, knowing that we are rooted in His grace. We may have many roles to play and tasks to accomplish, but with God by our side, we will not fall.
Thank you for being on this journey with me. Let’s continue to support and uplift each other as we walk this path, rooted in grace and empowered by His love.
With love and blessings,
Sarah Jo
